Plant maintenance both electrical & mechanical.Should have experience in Extrusion , Mixing & Rubber Moulding Should have experience in Utility maintenance (chiller, compressor...etc)Prioritize maintenance and repairs of company equipment.Contribute to new improvement initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on electrical maintenance activities.Audit and ensure compliance of the electrical engineering and maintenance of utilities.Schedule both internal and external works maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.Optimise electrical equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electrical systems are undertaken.Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure.Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting.To generate reports related to uptime, electrical power consumption as required by stakeholdersIn depth knowledge of critical facilities such as Electrical systems, Generators, UPS, Electrical distribution systems, HT LT panels, Bus duct systems, Cable reticulation system.Should have experience in IATF 16494 & ISO 45001 / 14001.Should have experience with government licensing (CEIG Audit)Should have experience in Renewable Energy Projects.Preferred candidate profile Automotive experience is preferred (Rubber & TPE value added)Strong Leadership and Organizational skill.Excellent communication skills (Decision making, coaching the team).Qualification : Diploma (DEEE or BE )Exp: 07-10 Years in Rubber manufacturing companyCTC: 04 -06 LPAPls send your CV to hrgssg.cn@goldseal.inThanks & RegardsChinnathambi PSr. Manager - HR
