Job Description

As a software developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge 5G RAN performance and monitoring solutions. You will be part of an agile team responsible for creating high-performance backend services and user-friendly frontend dashboards to monitor, analyze, and optimize RAN performance. For the position of Junior Software Developer, you will be tasked with developing backend services using Golang for real-time RAN performance data processing. Additionally, you will build responsive React dashboards for performance visualization and collaborate with RAN engineers to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Participation in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of software development experience, solid skills in Golang and React.js, an understanding of microservices and API integrations, and familiarity with containerized deployments. Previous exposure to telecom or RAN KPIs is advantageous, as well as experience working in an agile team. On the other hand, as a Senior Software Developer, you will lead the development of scalable backend services in Golang and architect and optimize React-based dashboards. You will also mentor junior developers, contribute to system design, and drive improvements in performance, scalability, and security. Collaboration with RAN engineers and cross-functional teams, as well as serving as a Scrum Master, are key aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have 6-10 years of software development experience, advanced expertise in Golang and React.js, experience with microservices, containerization, and CI/CD, and a strong understanding of telecom systems or RAN KPIs. Leadership in code quality, architecture, and team collaboration are essential skills for this role.
