Job Description

We are looking for a Engineers with expertise in Golang (Go),to design, develop, and maintain automated pipelines for cloud-based applications and contact center solutions. The ideal candidates will also be responsible for developing integration modules between different cloud systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise platforms. Responsibilities: Design and develop microservices in Golang as part of MiraBridge Link, a universal event-driven integration platform. Build adapters for external systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow) to enable standardized event triggers and workflow actions. Implement integration with Genesys Cloud APIs for backend data synchronization and real-time workflow orchestration. Develop and manage containerized services using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes (EKS preferred). Collaborate with the architecture team to define and optimize event-driven messaging patterns using message queues (e.g., Kafka, NATS). Ensure observability through proper logging, monitoring, and alerting with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch. Work closely with DevOps and integration engineers to deliver scalable, high-availability backend services. 3+ years of experience in Golang (Go). Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, SQS, SNS).
