Hiring: Assistant Manager Business Finance & Controlling | Godrej Consumer Products Ltd (GCPL) Location: Mumbai (Borivali for 1 to 3 years, with a subsequent shift to Vikhroli) Working days: Monday to Saturday Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Finance • Manage P&L, MIS, receivables, and inventory reporting • Coordinate with cross-functional teams & external stakeholders • Drive automation and process enhancements • Ensure statutory and governance compliance 2. Controlling & Reporting • Prepare quarterly/annual financial statements (P&L, BS, Cash Flow) • Support IND AS compliance, disclosures & RPT schedules • Lead internal, statutory & quarterly/annual audits • Support BRSR reporting • Conduct balance sheet scrutiny & strengthen internal controls (ICOFR) • Support automation across accounting/reporting What Were Looking For: 4 to 8 years of business finance and controlling experience working with Manufacturing/ FMCG companies • CA Inter or ICWA • Strong grounding in P&L, Balance Sheet, month-end routines • Experience in business partnering, controlling, and reporting • Exposure to purchase, taxation, accounting, MIS, and sales accounting • Strong stakeholder management, communication & analytical skills • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and disciplined Preferred Experience SAP FI/CO or SAP S4 Hana (preferred), MS Excel, Tally Whats in it for you?
