The role focuses on acquiring and managing clients in 3PL, warehousing, and transportation, with an emphasis on building long-term partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy Execution:Identify and target prospects in e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, and D2C sectors requiring 3PL/warehousing solutions.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for logistics services.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:Pitch customized logistics solutions (warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery).Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with clients.Market Research:Analyze competitor offerings and market trends in Mumbai/Bangalore logistics hubs.Collaboration:Work with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.Reporting:Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) and provide weekly sales updates.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields.Experience:2–3 years in logistics sales, preferably with 3PL, warehousing, or transport companies.Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.Skills:Strong understanding of warehousing operations, freight management, and 3PL workflows.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.Location-Specific:Familiarity with Mumbai/Bangalore logistics ecosystems.Willingness to travel within assigned regions.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusLanguage:English (Required)Work Location: In personRole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
