  o Knows various dialysis modalities (SLED, CRRT etc.) and various processes like priming, connections and disconnection of patient through dialysis machine. o Handle/Respond to daily complications developed by patients during dialysis procedure and compile same for further analysis.o Perform reprocessing of dialyzer manually and mechanically according to dialysis unitprotocols.o Demonstrates skill in assisting doctors for vascular access procedure.o Ensure proper marking and cleaning of all reuse dialyzers. Discard of all dialyzer/tubing/fistula needles/gloves/ampoules/vials accordingly.o Is knowledgeable on Drug Calculation and drugs used in dialysis unit.o Proper sample collection and Handling for pre and post dialysis, for various lab investigationo Prepare dialysis machines and extracorporeal circuit for patients in subsequent shifts.o Ensure all water treatment parameters are in safe limits.o Ensure proper marking and cleaning of all reuse dialyzers. Discard of all dialyzer/tubing/fistula needles/gloves/ampoules/vials accordingly.o Perform backwashing, rinsing and other safety procedure in water treatment plant for patient safety.o Take daily rounds with Nephrologist/DMO. o Responsible/ answerable for any non-compliance in internal/external audit of the unit. o Ensuring dilutions (Chemicals and Dialysate) are done according the dialysis unit protocols.•
