As a candidate for this role, you should be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will currently be heading a taxation department in a large company, demonstrating a strong expertise in direct and indirect tax matters. Key responsibilities for this role include managing a team of 5 individuals, representing the company before Income Tax and GST authorities, and overseeing taxation matters across multiple locations. The budgeted CTC range for this position is between 20 to 25 lakhs per annum.
