Job Description

Production Planning and Scheduling: Developing production plans, schedules, and workflows. Ensuring timely delivery and meeting production targets. Monitoring production status and addressing any issues promptly. Resource Management: Managing raw materials, inventory, and equipment. Overseeing maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is in good working condition. Managing costs and budgets within the plant. Quality Control: Ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Implementing and maintaining quality control programs. Monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify and address quality issues. Employee Management and Development: Supervising and motivating plant staff. Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
