Lubricant conservation through condition-based oil change, Regeneration and Filtration Managing execution of schedules (weekly, monthly, and yearly) and compliance of same. Scheduling of daily and closing of daily activity in Software. Prepare MIS reports on daily basis and present to Head Office/ customer as per instructions. All day-to-day operations of the Site, including ensuring all assets are in serviceable condition and timely maintenance and repairs are carried out for its upkeep. Oversee work of Lab Technician services, per the guidelines and yearly plan for wear Debris Analysis. Ensure availability of lubrication Technicians (workmen) at site as per work requirement and adhere to all Safety and environmental statutes- as prescribed by Site. Maintenance of discipline of the supervisors and workmen on site. Training of new employees and skill upgradation of technicians as per requirement. Be over all custodian of the site and responsible for working of GTS team on Site.
