KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSCandidate should be sector agnostic & capable to publish research reports on diversified sectors (Banks, Financial Services, Auto, Metal, IT, Manufacturing, etc)Detailed study & conduct in-dept Research on Global & Indian stock markets, analyzing trends, and identifying potential investment opportunities.Stay abreast of macroeconomic factors and their impact on financial markets, providing timely and insightful reports to guide investment decisions.Engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Global Family Office clients, delivering clear and concise presentations of research findings.Provide research insight, asset allocation, and investment strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients.Conduct meetings with the top promoters of listed companies in India to understand their business & their financials.Focus more on Microcap & Small-Cap companies which can be a next Multi-Bagger for Global Investors.Candidates will have to learn Bloomberg, Morning Star & any other software if required.Candidate should have knack of closing the deal with right EQ & Relationship building skills.
