Job Description: As a Global recruiter for this onsite contractual role for 12 months, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent on a global scale. You will play a key role in identifying candidates who meet the requirements of the organization and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks - Screen candidates resumes and job applications - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule - Assess applicants" relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Manage the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements - Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) - Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.) - Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.) - Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Note: No additional details of the company are mentioned in the job description),
