Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries. Explain the company’s products or services to customers and answer their questions. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM tools. Handle customer objections and convert hesitant prospects into buyers. Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback and improvements. Required Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain confident. Basic computer literacy, especially with CRM and telephony tools. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Fluent in local language(s) and/or English, depending on the region. Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is advantageous. Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management.
