Experience & Eligibility Experience: 0-2 years Freshers are welcome to apply Prior experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage Basic knowledge of computers is mandatory Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers/patients as per business requirements Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve queries effectively Provide accurate information about services/products Maintain proper call records and update relevant details in the system Follow communication scripts and company guidelines Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and courteous communication Key Skills Required Good verbal communication skills Ability to interact politely and confidently with callers Basic computer and data entry skills Willingness to work in shifts Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude Languages required: Hindi, English, Bengali Number of Positions: 4 Location: Durgapur Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Shift-based) Salary: As per industry standards
