We specialize in bulk honey supply, private labeling, and contract manufacturing , sourcing directly from certified Indian beekeepers. Our focus is on execution-led trade , not retail branding. We support domestic and export markets including India, USA, GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman), and select African markets , with strong operational and compliance capabilities. This is a business built around volume, consistency, compliance, and long-term buyer relationships . Role Description This is a full-time sales role (flexible / hybrid) for a Honey Sales Expert handling Domestic & Export B2B sales . This role is not D2C and not about selling bottles under our own brand . The role involves managing the complete sales cycle for bulk honey and private-label orders — from enquiry and negotiation to execution coordination. You will work directly with the Founder and coordinate with production, packaging, and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery of confirmed orders. Key Responsibilities Drive Domestic B2B sales of honey (bulk + private label) Handle Export sales enquiries (bulk & private label) Negotiate pricing, MOQ, margins, and timelines with buyers Prepare and share quotations, estimates, and approved proforma invoices Coordinate export-related documentation such as COA, COO, Health Certificate, EIA/EIC approvals, LC drafts, and shipment documentation Follow through from enquiry to execution — not just lead generation Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams, importers, distributors, hospitality groups, and brand owners Who This Role Is For Professionals with hands-on experience in honey or similar agri-commodity sales Experience in B2B sales, bulk trade, private labeling, or contract manufacturing Exposure to export markets (USA, GCC, Africa preferred) Comfortable handling price pressure, buyer negotiations, and long sales cycles Structured, execution-focused, and commercially aware This role is not suitable for: D2C-only sales profiles Retail showroom sales Freshers or brand-only marketers Compensation Fixed salary: ₹30,000 per month Commission-based upside: Domestic sales (India): 10% on order value Export sales: 1% on order value Clear scope, transparent structure, performance-linked growth Reporting You will report directly to the Founder and work closely with internal operations and compliance teams.
