Global Delivery Head

Job Description

Managing delivery and carry P&L responsibility for portfolio of HCLS clients. Define a compelling vision for delivery and service offerings by forming a comprehensive understanding of clients, users and business objectives Leverage best-in-class delivery practices and solutions to add real value for clients and drive growth Own the deployment and delivery of various programs / projects and ensure proper delivery against timeline, budget, and impact. Lead execution of delivery process improvements. Provide feedback to internal partners on solution enhancements or new product constructs. Maintain industry exposure to allow self and team to dynamically consult with customers on successful solution deployment strategies and best practices. Accountable for revenue realization to operate at a committed margin. Ensure engagement, profitability and customer satisfaction. Develop and grow business, validate delivery models and support metrics. Manage location-related responsibilities in close coordination with Admin, facilities, HR and RMG teams Delivery Management, Healthcare & Life Sciences
