You will be responsible for studying architectural and technical drawings to identify the scope of work related to aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and glass partitions. Your role will involve preparing detailed cost estimates that include materials, fabrication, accessories, glass specifications, and installation requirements. Additionally, you will be required to request and assess quotes from aluminum profile suppliers, hardware vendors, and glass manufacturers. As part of your responsibilities, you will generate comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns to be used in tender submissions. Collaboration with design, production, and procurement teams will be essential to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of estimates. You will also have the opportunity to provide value engineering options aimed at optimizing design and reducing costs where feasible. Furthermore, the role entails the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for submission to clients and consultants. It is important to stay updated on market rates, product advancements, and supplier offerings to maintain relevant knowledge. Your support may be required for site or project teams during both pre- and post-award phases. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. In addition to your base salary, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are part of the compensation package. The work location is in person, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams is crucial for success in this role.,
