We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Telesales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for generating sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with superior people skills and a results-driven attitude. Key Responsibilities: Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services. Answer questions about products or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. Enter and update customer information in the database (CRM tools). Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the manager. Requirements:Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Good negotiation and convincing skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Patience and ability to handle rejection. Knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Prior experience in telemarketing, BPO, or inside sales roles.
