We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving overall company growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will lead initiatives to expand our market presence, acquire new clients, and promote our products and services through strategic planning and effective communication. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue, enhance brand awareness, and achieve organizational targets. Roles & Responsibilities : Handle outbound calls and communicate clearly in English & Kannada. Actively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling and product demonstrations. Work as a Sales & Marketing Executive across Davangere city. Understand basic accounting concepts and demonstrate excellent communication & convincing abilities. Minimum 1 year experience in Sales/Marketing preferred. (Freshers with strong communication and sales confidence can also apply.) Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, trends, and competition. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and partners. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. Maintain daily reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and promotional activities. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services. Preferred Candidate Profile : Any Degree / Graduate (extra certification in Sales or Marketing is an advantage). Prior experience as a Telecaller, Sales Executive, or Customer Support role is beneficial. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet sales targets. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Quick learner with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
