Regional Sales Manager

1Role & responsibilities : 1. Sales Cycle Management Take ownership of leads qualified by the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). Conduct discovery calls to deeply understand client needs, pain points, and goals. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings and present tailored solutions to prospective customers via online or in-person demonstrations. Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals. 2. Pipeline Development Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects. Track all stages of the sales process and update the CRM regularly. Forecast revenue accurately and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Daily Discipline & Regular Follow-ups- Ensure daily meetings with clients and daily run rate is met and funnel leads to closures. 3.Client Engagement and Relationship Building Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business and position our solutions effectively. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring prospects feel confident about the value of our curated offerings. Conduct high-impact meetings with clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and other key decision-makers, to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Collaboration Across Teams Work closely with Pre-Sales Engineers to provide technical demonstrations and address complex client queries. Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding. Collaborate with the marketing team to relay customer feedback and insights for better lead-generation strategies. 4. Market and Product Expertise Stay informed about our curated solutions, new features, and industry trends. Conduct competitor analysis to identify unique selling points. Use market knowledge to guide prospects through the decision-making process. Attend industry events and trade shows to network, promote our products, and gather market intelligence Preferred candidate profile : 1 Experience: Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role 2. Performance Analysis: Demonstrated ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) 3. Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with regional geography and an existing network of potential clients 4. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude 6.Travel Availability: Availability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events. 7. Educational Background: BE degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field; experience in SAAS and real estate is a plus. 8. Sales Expertise: Approximately 7 years of experience in hunting and sales roles, with a strong focus on client acquisition and relationship building. Weekly 5 days working Complete work from Office.
