Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our service center team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, handling front-desk responsibilities, maintaining records, and assisting in the smooth operation of the service center. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments. Register and document incoming service items (e.g., laptops, motherboards, components) in the service system. Generate and issue job sheets and acknowledgment receipts for service products. Coordinate with the technical team for service updates and communicate the same to customers. Maintain visitor logs, customer feedback forms, and service records. Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment collection when needed. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Follow up with customers for service completion and delivery coordination. Provide administrative support to the service and operations team as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum graduate , a degree/diploma in any field is an advantage. Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service executive. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and local language. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry). Familiarity with CRM/service center software is a plus. Customer-focused with a pleasant attitude and good interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced service environment. Conduct testing, quality checks, and firmware updates. Manage service queues, customer escalations, and reporting. Coordinate with HQ/technical team for complex repair cases. Maintain RMA records and ensure timely turnaround of units. Required Qualifications: Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/E&C/Computer Hardware. 0–2 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting preferred (freshers also welcome). Strong understanding of electronic circuits, SMD components, and measurements. Skills Required: Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read circuit diagrams and use diagnostic tools. Strong communication and customer handling capability. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
