Role & responsibilities The IT Head will report to Managing Director and performs the role of managing the Enterprise application environment of GPP across all its locations and IT Infrastructure. The application environment consists of Rise with SAP, HRMS, CRM, BI, Office 365 etc. The IT Head will be responsible for preparing & executing Enterprise IT Road map leading applications projects including personally leading the application projects on techno-functional requirements, develop application solution design. guiding & driving the team during various projects stages of requirement management, design & development, testing and Production roll out. Planning, monitoring and Control of IT Infra resolve issues and ensuring smooth running operations of IT prioritizing and development of new user requirements training and capability building of key users leading IT audits vendor management customer satisfaction through day-to-day interactions with other Department Heads and key users team management
