Role Overviews Support the end-to-end interior workflow across sites: assist with concepts, CAD drawings, BOQs, material/vendor coordination, MEP alignment, and site documentation to ensure timely, quality execution aligned with design intent. Key Responsibilities Assist in client brief documentation, mood boards, and material palettes. Prepare/update AutoCAD drawings: space plans, furniture layouts, RCP/lighting, power points, elevations/sections. Support 3D visualization (basic SketchUp/Revit); coordinate renders with senior designer/visualizer. Draft quantity take-offs and item-wise BOQs; maintain finish schedules/spec sheets. Coordinate samples, shop drawings, and mock-ups; track approvals & deliveries. Check interior layouts against HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/Fire drawings; flag clashes. Site support: measurements, clarifications, QC, snag lists, photo logs, weekly updates. Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, transmittals, MoM, and progress reports. Assist procurement with spec sheets, alternates, and value-engineering. Follow standards/SOPs; ensure drawing readability and safety/ergonomic norms. Skills & Tools Software: AutoCAD (strong), basic-intermediate SketchUp/Revit; MS PowerPoint/Excel. Rendering tool (Enscape/Lumion/3ds Max) is a plus. Solid basics in space planning, materials/finishes, and joinery/detailing. Read construction drawings; coordinate well with site teams and vendors. Organized, proactive, clear communicator; can juggle multiple deliverables.
Key Responsibilities 1. Mechanical (HVAC & Firefighting)Supervise and execute installation of HVAC ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment (AHU, FCU, Chiller, Exhaust Fans). Oversee firefighting systems — hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, and ensure compliance with NBC & IS standards. Conduct pressure testing and coordinate with vendors for commissioning activities. 2. Electrical Monitor site execution of electrical wiring, conduits, cable trays, panels, and earthing systems. Ensure proper installation of lighting, power, and ELV systems (fire alarm, CCTV, data, PA, etc.). Verify load distribution, cable sizing, and adherence to approved drawings and safety standards. 3. Plumbing & Drainage Oversee installation of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems. Check pressure/leak tests and coordinate routing through shafts and sleeves. Ensure correct installation of STP, OHT, UGT, and pump systems. 4. Coordination & Quality Coordinate between civil, architectural, and MEP works to avoid conflicts. Conduct inspections with consultants and maintain QA/QC checklists. Record daily progress, test reports, and ensure timely material requests. 5. Testing, Commissioning & Documentation Prepare and execute test plans for all MEP systems. Ensure final testing, commissioning, and handing over with all as-built drawings and O&M manuals. Maintain proper documentation for inspection approvals and checklists.. Key Competencies Strong technical understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Sound knowledge of IS/NBC/CPWD standards. Excellent coordination with civil teams, vendors, and consultants. Commitment to safety, quality, and timely completion of works.
