The Penang GFIT team is a key development hub that provides world class application development and solutions with cutting edge technology. About the role - you will:

• Work closely with highly skilled developer and motivated multi-site Agile team on the project assigned
• Work in a very collaborative global environment
• This role plays a key role in designing, building, and optimizing systems that leverage artificial intelligence to generate content-such as text, images, code, or other data-based on input prompts
• Involved in prepare and manage datasets, integrate GenAI features into application via APIs and tools, design effective prompts, test and evaluate output for quality and fine-tune the model
• Develop well designed, testable, efficient code by using industry standard software development practices
• Practicing SAFe Agile methodology. Collaboration among team members, Scrum Master and Product Owner

About you:

• Passion in research and explore the potential of GenAI in software industry.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills
• Driven to grow and receive mentorship in our specific tech stack
• A successful candidate should have strong teamwork qualities as well as communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Your experience includes:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern technologies.
• Requires Python, JavaScript, PyTorch, Docker, Kubernetes, reinforcement learning, LLMs, Vector DB and LangChain
