German Trainer C2(Offline)

Job Title:

German Language Trainer (Offline) – C2 Qualified

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and certified German Language Trainer with a C2-level proficiency (CEFR) who can conduct in-person classes for learners at all levels—from A1 to C2. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the German language, strong teaching experience, and the ability to motivate students in a structured yet engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver offline classroom sessions for German language learners across A1 to C2 levels.
• Create lesson plans, activities, and assessments aligned with CEFR standards.
• Provide individualized support to students to enhance their comprehension, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Prepare students for international certification exams (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, Telc, etc.).
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Conduct placement tests and level assessments as required.
• Support curriculum enhancement with relevant resources and updated materials.
• Foster an inclusive, culturally rich classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams on scheduling, feedback collection, and reporting.

Requirements:

• C2-level certification in German (Goethe-Zertifikat C2, Telc C2, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in German Language, Literature, Education, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in teaching German, preferably up to B2/C1/C2 level.
• Strong grasp of CEFR-aligned teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage in-person classes effectively and adapt to different learner needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with curriculum design and exam preparation.
• Native or near-native fluency in German (speaking & writing).
• Knowledge of digital tools for language learning (in case of hybrid interest).
• Experience in corporate training or coaching professionals (a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
