Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, meeting and presenting solutions to potential clients, collaborating with internal teams to customize offerings, and preparing sales proposals and reports. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Experience in sales strategy development, lead generation, and account management Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to understand technical and engineering concepts and translate them into customer-oriented solutions Proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in mechanical or industrial engineering sectors, is advantageous Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site as required
