Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive (Hunter) to help identify, qualify, and develop new B2B opportunities focused on Microsoft licensing and cloud solutions. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional looking to grow within the Microsoft partner ecosystem. You will work closely with senior sales and technical teams to build pipeline and support deal execution. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify new B2B opportunities via outbound and inbound channels Conduct initial discovery to understand customer Microsoft licensing needs Educate prospects on Microsoft solutions including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows, and CSP offerings Qualify leads and hand off sales-ready opportunities to senior Account Executives Assist with quotes, proposals, and deal documentation Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data in CRM Meet weekly and monthly activity, pipeline, and qualified-opportunity targets Requirements 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or IT sales Exposure to Microsoft licensing or cloud solutions (hands-on selling preferred) Strong communication, curiosity, and prospecting skills Comfortable with outbound sales activities Coachable and eager to grow into a closing sales role
