About the Role To support manufacturing function to maintain continuity in production by maintaining and improving machine maintenance activity. Keeping our production floor humming by maintaining CNC, grinding, welding, and general-purpose machines. Managing scheduled and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime. Handling utilities like air compressors, DG sets, water pumps, and air conditioners. Leading technical teams and supervising labor with confidence. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations. Collaborating across departments and with external service providers. Reporting and documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. What You Bring: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 78 years of experience, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 45 years of experience. Solid background in engineering, automotive, or auto ancillary industries. Proficiency in ERP systems, ISO standards, 5S methodology, and quality management. Strong communication skills in Englishboth written and spoken. Willingness to work in a 3-shift system with staggered weekly offs.
