To qualify for this position, you must hold a valid medical license from the state medical board, be board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology, and have proven experience as a General Ophthalmologist. A strong understanding of various eye disorders, treatments, and surgeries, excellent communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential requirements.
