Are you a strategic Talent Acquisition leader with a proven track record in building high-performing recruitment functions across India and global markets?

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment operations, drive employer branding initiatives, and build a world-class talent acquisition ecosystem for a leading manufacturing organization.

Position: General Manager – Talent Acquisition

Industry: Manufacturing / FMCG

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience: 15–20 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead end-to-end domestic and international recruitment across all business functions.

✅ Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business growth.

✅ Build strong internal and external talent pipelines for leadership and critical positions.

✅ Drive recruitment analytics, ATS optimization, hiring dashboards, and MIS reporting.

✅ Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Talent Acquisition teams.

✅ Strengthen employer branding, campus hiring, and strategic recruitment partnerships.

✅ Manage international hiring, global talent acquisition, visa coordination, and compliance.

✅ Ensure quality hiring through robust assessment, background verification, and recruitment governance.

We're Looking For:

✔ 15–20 years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience.

✔ Strong exposure to Manufacturing/FMCG hiring across Corporate, Plant & Leadership roles.

✔ Expertise in recruitment strategy, employer branding, ATS implementation, analytics, and stakeholder management.

✔ Hands-on experience in domestic and international recruitment.

✔ Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
