General Manager (GM) for a gaming center with 10 years of experience in hospitality or retail would be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. They would need strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in financial management and strategic planning. Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability. Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction and address customer issues and complaints. Team Leadership: Motivate and train staff, set performance goals, and provide performance feedback. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve operations, increase revenue, and achieve business goals. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience in hospitality or retail management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on business administration, hospitality, or a related field. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge: Understanding of financial management, customer service, and operational management. Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong work ethic.
