KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, bid, and close potential leads through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other online portals Draft compelling proposals, cover letters, and project quotes tailored to client needs Coordinate with the technical team to understand project feasibility, timelines, and scope before bidding Manage and maintain profiles on bidding platforms to ensure professionalism and responsiveness Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive recurring business Track bid status, follow up with prospects, and ensure a high conversion rate Conduct market research to explore new opportunities and trends in the IT service industry REQUIRED SKILLS: 1–3 years of experience in online bidding and business development in an IT services company Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA) Strong understanding of web and mobile development services, digital solutions, or IT products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to create engaging proposals and articulate value to clients Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle client calls, demos, and negotiations Self-motivated and target-oriented approach PREFERRED SKILLS (Nice to have) Familiarity with CRM tools Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or SaaS products Prior experience in handling international clients WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Growth opportunities and learning environment Supportive team culture and flexible work environment Exposure to international clients and projects Send your resume to sakshi.singh@genboot.com with the subject: "BDE APPLICATION" .
