Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with extensive experience in the data analytics space and a strong background in modern technology stacks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing scalable API-based solutions and integrating large language models (LLMs) using API endpoints. This role requires a deep understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies in the Gen AI landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable API-based solutions for AI applications.
- Integrate popular LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, PaLM 2) using API endpoints.
- Conduct experiments to analyze features and capabilities of new LLM models.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI solutions.
- Collaborate with Gen AI leads and team members to address product backlog requirements.
- Debug and troubleshoot software and design issues effectively.
- Load structured and unstructured data from source systems to target data stores.
Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, PySpark, or Java).
- Hands-on experience with integrating LLMs using API endpoints.
- Thorough understanding of prompt engineering and LLM agents (e.g., LangChain).
- Basic data engineering skills for ETL processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS) for storage and serverless logic.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS).
- Extensive experience with data engineering and ETL tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
