Role Summary

GenAI Trainer

teaching, enabling, and helping others adopt new technology

Key Responsibilities

1. GenAI Training Delivery

  • Conduct training sessions on:
    • Generative AI fundamentals
    • LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama)
    • Prompt engineering
    • AI chatbots & conversational interfaces
  • Teach best practices for using AI tools in real workflows.

2. Enterprise AI Agent Training

  • Train users on interacting with our Enterprise AI Agent for:
    • Querying business data
    • Generating reports, summaries, insights
    • Automating tasks (emails, reminders, follow-ups)
    • Using AI via web, WhatsApp, Slack, Teams
  • Demonstrate department-specific use cases (HR, Sales, Finance, Operations).

3. Training Content Development

  • Create simple and effective:
    • User guides
    • SOPs
    • Training presentations
    • Short demo videos
    • Use-case templates
  • Update content in line with new features and releases.

4. Workshops & User Support

  • Conduct onboarding workshops for internal teams and clients.
  • Assist in live demos, POCs, and AI adoption programs.
  • Collect user feedback and share with the product/AI engineering team.

5. Basic Testing & Use-Case Validation

  • Test new features of the AI Agent from a trainer/user perspective.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and ease of use for end-users.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI basics
  • Good knowledge of prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex concepts
  • Good training, teaching, or client-facing experience

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to:
    • LangChain / LlamaIndex
    • WhatsApp/Slack/Teams chatbots
    • Basic Python or automation tools (n8n/Make/Zapier)
    • Power BI / analytics basics
  • Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or customer success professional

  • Clear and confident speaker
