Job Overview KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL REPORTING STRUCTURE: Head - Digital & Analytics ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: skilled and innovative Generative AI / AI-ML Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning techniques with a focus on generative models. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing AI/ML models to solve complex business problems, creating new AI-driven solutions, and driving innovation within the company. Experience with cloud-based platform integrations Knowledge ( SAP HANA Rise , Salesforce. com , Azure , AWS) of modern development methodologies (Agile, DevOps). Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement generative AI models, such as GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based models, to support various use cases like content generation, image synthesis, and data augmentation. Work with large datasets to train and fine-tune models for both supervised and unsupervised tasks. Build, test, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models across a variety of applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand problem requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions. Optimize model performance for scalability, speed, and reliability in production environments. Monitor and improve the performance of deployed models by retraining, evaluating metrics, and fine-tuning. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and generative models and incorporate cutting-edge techniques into solutions. contributing to the overall growth of the AI/ML team. Skills : Strong knowledge of generative models (GANs, VAEs, transformers). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques (e. g. , supervised, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning). Experience working with large datasets and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus. Education : Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. Tools & Frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, NumPy, Pandas. Other : Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
