Job Description

As a Senior AI/ML Developer at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in designing and architecting scalable and efficient generative AI models and systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing generative AI algorithms for various applications, such as text generation, image synthesis, and more. - Collaborating with data scientists, machine learning engineers, Integration engineers, UI Developers, and software developers to integrate AI models into production environments. - Leading the development of AI-powered applications and services, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI, LLMs, Gen AI Frameworks, Cloud technologies, AI, and machine learning, and applying them to improve existing systems and processes. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders. - Conducting research and experiments to push the boundaries of generative AI capabilities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on generative models. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. - Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. - Proven track record of designing and deploying AI systems in a production environment. - Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers). - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. - Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
