Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement

  Generative AI

  solutions leveraging OpenAI and other LLM models.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models to enhance performance for various applications including chatbots, OCR, virtual assistants and customer support systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Contribute to building AI agents using open-source frameworks like

  LangChain

  .
• Work with SQL queries and transform

  English Query Text to SQL

  (preferred).
• Ensure the AI models are scalable, efficient, and secure in production settings.
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of AI systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in

  Generative AI

  , LLMs, and AI frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-6 years of hands-on experience

  in AI model development, deployment, and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  ; experience with

  C#

  or

  Java

  is a plus.
• Proven experience implementing Generative AI projects from development to production.
• Familiarity with

  OpenAI

  and other LLM models.
• Experience in AI model fine-tuning (good to have).
• Knowledge of AI Agents and open-source frameworks like

  LangChain

  (preferred).
• Solid understanding of

  machine learning

  ,

  NLP

  (Natural Language Processing), and

  Deep Learning

  techniques.

• Experience in Fintech

  is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with

  English Query Text to SQL

  conversion.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Exposure to

  MLOps

  for managing AI model deployment and lifecycle.
• Knowledge of additional AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
