Website: https://glowright.co.in Job description TENDER EXECUTIVE - GEM Portal Job Category: Govt./ Project Sales Reporting Office : SEC 63 Noida, UP Company Profile : Leading manufacturer of LED/ Lighting Solutions for commercial sector. Key Job Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end procurement activities through the GeM portal. Search, analyze, and participate in suitable GeM tenders/RFQs in the lighting and renewable energy domain. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to gather necessary documentation and technical details for bids and prepare, submit, and track bid responses on GeM. Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and maintain all records. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers when requir. Assist in vendor registration, product listing, and catalog management on GeM. Qualification & Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in procurement, with hands-on knowledge of GeM bidding. Prior experience in the lighting or renewable energy sector is preferential. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
