Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender Executive – GeM to manage and execute tendering activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, ensuring timely submission, and maintaining compliance with tendering norms and government procurement guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end tendering process on the GeM portal. Search, identify, and monitor relevant tenders/RFQs published on GeM. Prepare and upload technical and financial bids on the portal. Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation and approvals. Ensure timely submission of bids with complete compliance with eligibility and tender requirements. Follow up on submitted tenders and regularly track their status. Handle registrations, catalog creation, product listing, and pricing updates on GeM. Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted and correspondence related to bids. Stay updated with changes in GeM policies and bidding procedures. Key Requirements: Proven experience (2-5 years) in handling tenders on the GeM portal. Strong knowledge of public procurement processes and compliance. Familiarity with documentation, technical writing, and financial proposals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Graduate in any stream Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
