Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Sales team at a fast-growing real estate brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and driving sales growth across residential and commercial real estate segments. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, investors, and developers. Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions. Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed individual and team targets. Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends, property values, and competitor activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
