Roles and Responsibilities Manage gear box services, including planning, execution, and delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Purchase, Production) for smooth service operations. Ensure timely completion of all jobs within budgeted time and cost. Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management for efficient use. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 12-15 years of experience in Gear refurbishment or related field. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant discipline. Strong understanding of gear box design principles and servicing procedures. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
