GCP Technical Program Manager (Data Engineering)

As a GCP Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing large and complex programs focused on Data, BI, and AI/ML solutions. Your role will involve leading the design, development, and implementation of Data Engineering & Analytics solutions utilizing technologies such as Teradata, Google Cloud Data Platform (GCP), AI/ML, Qlik, and Tableau. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading large and complex programs encompassing multiple Data, BI, and AI/ML solutions - Providing technical leadership to solve complex business issues and translate them into data analytics solutions - Ensuring compliance with defined service level agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics - Tracking and monitoring service performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes - Proactively identifying issues and risks, and preparing appropriate mitigation/resolution plans - Developing a positive work environment and fostering a culture of automation and innovation - Creating Statements of Work (SOW), Proposals, Solutions, and Estimations for Data Analytics projects - Collaborating with various functions/teams within the organization to support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and other operational activities - Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and ensuring proactive responses to opportunities and challenges In terms of qualifications, you should have: - 15-20 years of experience primarily working on Data Warehousing, BI & Analytics, Data management projects in roles such as Tech Architect, delivery, client relationship, and practice roles - Experience in architecting, designing, and developing Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and reporting projects - Strong experience in Cloud Data migration programs and working with data management solutions - Hands-on expertise in end-to-end solution life cycle management in Data Engineering and Data Management - Technical understanding of modern data architecture and solutions, as well as Cloud data architecture and data modeling concepts - Experience with cloud-based data analytic platforms like GCP, Snowflake, and Azure - Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, and preferably a background in Telecom By leveraging your deep technical expertise and experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth within Data Engineering & Analytics programs. Your ability to manage client relationships, lead multi-functional teams, and deliver end-to-end solutions will be essential in ensuring the success of the initiatives you oversee.,
