GCP Production Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a GCP Production Support Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain applications and infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Platform. The candidate should have experience in incident management, root cause analysis, cloud monitoring, and production issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production applications and cloud infrastructure on GCP.

• Troubleshoot production incidents and application failures.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.

• Monitor logs, metrics, and alerts using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging.

• Manage GCP services such as Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.

• Troubleshoot application connectivity, performance, and deployment issues.

• Work with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.

• Handle incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Support production releases and deployments.

Prepare incident reports and follow SLA requirements
