Job Description

Position: Gastroenterologist (35 years experience) Responsibilities Diagnose and manage GI disorders (IBD, GERD, IBS, liver/pancreatic diseases, GI cancers) Perform endoscopic procedures: EGD, colonoscopy, biopsies, polypectomies, ERCP Interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, endoscopy findings) and develop treatment plans Provide lifestyle and nutritional counseling; coordinate with dietitians and care teams Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in patient follow-up Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: surgeons, radiologists, oncologists Stay current with research and participate in CME, quality initiatives, and teaching Qualifications MD/MBBS + Internal Medicine residency + Gastroenterology fellowship (DM/DrNB or equivalent) 3–5 years of post-fellowship clinical and procedural experience Board-certified / board-eligible; valid medical license Key Skills High proficiency in endoscopy and colonoscopy; ERCP & EUS a plus reddit.com+13expertia.ai+13jobed.ai+13reddit.com+2en.wikipedia.org+2ogajob.com.ng+2climbtheladder.com+1gomediajobs.com+1gomediajobs.comjobed.ai Strong diagnostic judgment and analytical thinking Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills Attention to detail, time management, ability to perform under pressure en.wikipedia.org+12betterteam.com+12thecareerproject.org+12
