The role of Garment and shipment planning demands meticulous attention to detail, a sharp understanding of lead times, and a healthy dose of foresight. It involves coordinating the entire supply chain, from raw material sourcing to the final delivery at the customer's doorstep. Effective planning relies on accurate forecasting, which entails analyzing historical sales data, current market trends, and social media buzz to predict demand with reasonable certainty. Overestimating demand can lead to excess inventory and potential markdowns, while underestimating it may result in missed sales opportunities and dissatisfied customers. Once the demand forecast is established, the garment production plan is developed, specifying the styles, sizes, colors, and quantities to be produced. It is crucial that the production plan aligns with available manufacturing capacity and material availability. Questions such as whether the factories can handle the volume and if the fabrics and trims are readily accessible must be addressed to ensure a smooth production process. This is a full-time role with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The schedule is day shift with the possibility of a yearly bonus. Day shift availability is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
