Role & responsibilities: Appoint and manage distributors in all districts, leveraging brand and market surveys. Identify and onboard direct dealers for unbranded bulk packs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for automotive lubricants in the assigned region. Identify and onboard new business partners (distributors, retailers, workshops, OEM service centers). Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain distributor ROI. Train and support Territory Business Managers (TBMs) in resolving field challenges Preferred candidate profile: Candidates with prior experience in managing channel sales (distributors/retailers) and Primary sales in the Lubricants will be preferred. Strong knowledge of lubricant products, market dynamics, and trade channels. Proven experience in handling field sales, channel management, and product promotion. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and handle market pressure. Qualification: • Graduate in any discipline.
