Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Gardener (Mali) to help maintain our Ashram’s gardens, trees, and green spaces. A love for nature and willingness to live on campus is essential.

Requirements:

Experience in gardening, plantation, and tree care
Basic knowledge of plants, composting, and seasonal care
Physically fit and hardworking
Willing to stay at the Ashram
Humble, peaceful, and ready to work in a team
