As a Senior Technology Manager at our company based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for overseeing simulation-based projects utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as Unreal Engine, NVIDIA Omniverse, and other 3D simulation tools. Your role will involve leading SaaS product development, deployment, and continuous improvement while effectively managing multiple cross-functional teams and bridging the gap between R&D, engineering, and business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include managing the development and deployment of simulation solutions for enterprise applications, leading teams in building high-fidelity real-time simulations using various 3D platforms, ensuring seamless integration of simulation solutions with AI/ML models and cloud-based services, defining technical roadmaps, optimizing performance, and managing scalability of simulation-based applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure scalable architectures and efficient DevOps practices, overseeing feature development and system performance improvements, and implementing AI-driven automation for product optimization. To excel in this role, you will need to have at least 12 years of experience in software development, simulation services, and SaaS product management, with a deep understanding of Unreal Engine, NVIDIA Omniverse, Unity, and cloud platforms. Strong communication skills, experience managing budgets and technical roadmaps, and the ability to balance technical constraints with business needs are essential for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include experience in digital twins, robotics, or industrial simulations, familiarity with AI/ML models for simulation, and exposure to gaming engines or interactive 3D environments.
