Game UI Artist

As a Game Artist at Gameberry Labs, you will play an essential role in the game creation process by collaborating closely with the design team. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design, and develop visually stunning 2D in-game effects that enhance the overall gaming experience. You will have the opportunity to showcase your artistic skills across a wide range of styles, from realistic to cartoon, taking projects from initial concept to final implementation. In this role, you will be expected to contribute effectively to the art pipeline while keeping in mind the constraints of the target platform. Additionally, you will have the chance to mentor and guide other artists within the team, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality output. Meeting project deadlines and milestones will be crucial to the success of the projects you are involved in. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Game Artist, along with an art degree in BFA, MFA, or equivalent education. Proficiency in 2D editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is essential to deliver top-notch 2D assets. While animation skills in 2D are preferred, a strong background in academic drawing, sketching, or illustration will be advantageous.
