Game Developer

As a Game Developer at Ziya Academy LLP, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy interactive and engaging games for educational and entertainment purposes. You will collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create immersive gameplay experiences, while also ensuring optimal performance across various platforms. Your role will involve integrating audio, graphics, and storyline into gameplay, as well as debugging and resolving issues to enhance the overall user experience. Additionally, staying updated with the latest game development trends and technologies will be crucial to delivering high-quality user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design, code, and test 2D/3D games for mobile, web, and PC platforms. - Collaborate with team members to create immersive gameplay experiences. - Develop and maintain gameplay mechanics, UI/UX, physics, and animations. - Optimize games for performance across devices and platforms. - Integrate audio, graphics, and storyline into gameplay. - Debug and resolve issues to ensure smooth gameplay and user experience. - Stay updated with the latest game development trends, engines, and technologies. - Provide mentorship to students in game development basics, coding, and design principles (if part of a training role). Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Multimedia, or IT (or equivalent). - Proficiency in Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game development frameworks. - Strong knowledge of C#, C++, Python, or JavaScript for game programming. - Experience with graphics design, animation tools, and 3D modeling is an added advantage. - Familiarity with mobile game deployment (Android/iOS). - Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in storytelling/gameplay design. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
