Game Animator

As an Animator, you will collaborate with the management and production team members to understand their needs, review scripts, design storyboards, and create/edit animations. Using software and various techniques, you will be responsible for producing high-quality animations. Your role will involve listening to feedback and making necessary alterations to animations to better align with management requirements. Your creativity and artistic skills will be crucial in effectively conveying stories or information in visual form. This will require you to stay updated on industry trends, developments, and new applications. You should be able to comprehend and execute directions from the lead animator or animation supervisor, demonstrating a flexible approach to work and meeting deadlines. To excel in this role, you should possess a good instinct for timing, movement, and editing cuts. While proficiency in animation software platforms like Animate CC, Flash, and Adobe Photoshop is desirable, a strong foundation in animation, storytelling, and character development techniques is essential. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team to develop animations and solve challenges will be key. Furthermore, you should exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, alongside proficient computer skills. Attention to detail, creativity, and a bachelor's degree in a related field are required qualifications for this position. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in animation.
